The GSPro plugin for live league scoring.

Install it on any GSPro bay. Players check in at the kiosk, the round launches with your league's course and settings, and every hole streams to the leaderboard, the TV on the wall and each player's phone. Nobody types a score.

How it works

Bay to leaderboard in four steps.

Install the plugin

Download the installer from your facility's Sim Bay Bridges card and run it on the GSPro PC. It installs as a Windows service with a unique bay token, starts with the PC, and adds a RoundBoss Check In button to GSPro's main menu.

Players check in

Tap a name on the bay kiosk or scan the QR code with a phone. League controls sit behind a facility password; Free Play stays open for walk-ins.

GSPro launches the round

Course, holes, tees, wind, gimmies and mulligans come from the league and are locked for the round. Front 9, back 9 or 18. If the course isn't installed on that bay, the kiosk says so instead of starting the wrong one.

Play. Everything else is automatic.

Every hole streams live. When the round ends, scorecards are written to the week and standings update. Crashed mid-round? Resume Round. Bad round? The manager scraps it.

What the plugin does

Built for facilities running GSPro.

Everything a league night needs from the bay, without a staff member standing at the PC.

sensors

Live hole-by-hole scoring

Score to par, total, putts and greens in regulation stream in as each hole completes. Shot distances shown at rest, matching what GSPro shows in the bay.

tv

TV leaderboard

One link puts a league-wide live leaderboard on any screen in the facility, with bay badges and filters when several bays run at once.

tune

Round configured from the league

Course, format, holes, tees and round settings are pushed to GSPro from your league. No per-bay setup, no players changing settings mid-round.

qr_code_scanner

Kiosk with a lock

Tap-to-check-in on the bay screen or QR from a phone. League controls behind a password; Free Play open; Exit League Mode when the night's done.

restart_alt

Resume and scrap

GSPro crashed? Resume Round relaunches into its native round-resume. A round that shouldn't count? The manager scraps it from the Simulator tab.

monitor_heart

Fleet view on the dashboard

Each bay shows online status, plugin version and session count. When a bay is out of date or GSPro changes underneath it, the dashboard flags it.

Unlimited playersFacility plans never charge per golfer.

FAQ

GSPro questions, answered.

Is the RoundBoss plugin approved by GSPro?add
No. RoundBoss is independent software and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of GSPro. The Bridge is not an official GSPro integration, and a future GSPro update could interrupt live scoring until we ship a fix. Your leagues, schedules, handicaps and standings live in RoundBoss and keep running either way — scores can always be entered manually. Install it at your own discretion.
Is RoundBoss compatible with GSPro?add
Yes. Install the RoundBoss GSPro plugin on each simulator PC and every hole streams live to the league leaderboard, the TV display and each player's dashboard.
What is the RoundBoss Bridge?add
The RoundBoss Bridge is a small connector you install on each simulator PC. It is what captures live scoring from the bay and sends it to your league leaderboard, the TV display and each player's dashboard.
Do my players need a GSPro account, an app, or a signup?add
No. Players tap their name on the bay kiosk or scan the QR code with their phone, and play. Nothing to download or register.
What does it run on?add
Windows, on the same PC as GSPro. It installs as a background service that starts with the PC and carries a unique token for that bay. You download the installer from your RoundBoss dashboard.
How many bays can I run?add
Starter covers up to 4 simulator bays; Pro covers up to 8 at one location. More bays or multiple locations? Contact us. Every bay streams into the same league leaderboard, with per-bay filters.
What happens if GSPro crashes or a round goes wrong?add
The kiosk offers Resume Round to pick a crashed round back up where it left off. If a round shouldn't count, the league manager can scrap it from the Simulator tab, which clears the recorded shots and check-ins so the bay can start clean.
Does it work for outdoor leagues too?add
Yes. The same league, handicaps, rankings and formats run outdoors with phone score entry and indoors through the GSPro plugin, so a facility can run one year-round league.
